If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt.
For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same state in which it was purchased, with no signs of use.
To initiate a return, please access our Returns Portal and fill in the text boxes with your order number (you will find it in the confirmation email you received after placing your order) and the email address you used to place the order.
Returns for orders from the UK have a cost of €10 for a refund to the same original payment method and €11.50 for an instant refund via bank transfer.

Other cases of returns and refunds
If the shipping address you provided us when placing the order is wrong, we are not responsible for the product not being delivered correctly. In these cases, extra shipping and/or return costs may also be charged. In case of requesting a new shipment, shipping costs will be applied. And in case of requesting a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.
In the same way, if the recipient refuses to accept the package from the shipping company, shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
We offer a 100% refund or replacement item if there has been any mistake on our side. This applies to the following:
- Your item is damaged. If your product is defective or not working properly, please let us know and we will send you a replacement.
- You receive an incorrect item
For returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to our warehouse in Spain. Shipping costs are not refundable (only in the event that the product is defective).
